What if there are back taxes or dues on my property?

Once you submit the information on your land, we will evaluate the amount of back dues and taxes on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, depending on the amount of the taxes, we will cover those expenses. Otherwise, back taxes and dues will be subtracted from the agreed upon purchase price or offer you’ve received.
